The guardian is obligated to pay tuition fees according to the following:<\/p>


1- (5,500 riyals) of the first semester fees are paid upon registration of new students or before the academic year for regular students in Wow Kindergarten.<\/p>


2- The first installment (6,500 riyals) is paid to complete part of the first installment before the start of the first semester, no more than one week.<\/p>


3- The second installment (6,000 riyals) to complete the first semester fees is paid in the middle of the first semester and no later than November 30.<\/p>


4- The third installment (9,000 riyals) as part of the second semester fees shall be paid no more than one week before the start of the second semester.<\/p>


5- The fourth installment (9,000 riyals) to complete the second semester fees is paid in the middle of the second semester and no later than March 30.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Admission and registration requirements:<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Admission and registration for new students begins now and continues until the start of the next academic year, two weeks from now, for those who meet the following conditions:<\/p>

– A vacant seat is available.<\/p>

– Interview with the student and his guardian.<\/p>

– Completing the required documents.<\/p>

– Signing the tuition payment agreement, noting that failure to sign this agreement does not exempt the guardian from its obligations, as the guardian\u2019s payment of tuition fees and the son\/daughter\u2019s regular attendance constitutes implicit approval of the terms of the agreement. <\/p>

The regular age for accepting new students<\/span><\/h4><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>

Nursery: It accepts children who have reached the age of two years. <\/p>

– First Kindergarten (KG1): It accepts children who have reached the age of 3 years. <\/p>

– Kindergarten 2 (KG2): It accepts children who have reached the age of 4 years. <\/p>

– Preparatory (KG3): It accepts children who have reached the age of 5 years. <\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section><\/div>

Required documents<\/span><\/h4>

Saudi students: A copy of the front and back of the family card, along with the original for verification. <\/p>

Non-Saudi students: A copy of the passport, a valid residency permit, and a copy of the student\u2019s residency data from the Absher system. <\/p>

– A copy of the birth certificate with the original for verification.<\/p>

– Vaccination certificate.<\/p>

– A health fitness certificate from any governmental or private body.<\/p>

Withdrawal:<\/h4>

<\/p>

– In the event of withdrawal during the first week of the first semester, the guardian may request a refund of the seat reservation fee and the down payment. The seat reservation fee and down payment are non-refundable after the end of the first week of the first semester. <\/p>

– In the event of withdrawal during the second week of the first semester, the seat reservation fee and the first payment fee are non-refundable.<\/p>

– In the event of withdrawal during the third week, the full first semester fees will be non-refundable.<\/p>

– In the event of withdrawal during the first week of the second semester, 50% of the second semester tuition fee will be deducted.<\/p>

– In the event of withdrawal after the first week of the second semester, the second semester fees will not be fully refunded.<\/p>
